Critical Drill-Floor Completion and Subsea Pressure Testing

Pressure testing subsea safety valves and chemical injection downhole control lines when installing Tubing Hangers is a critical well acceptance criteria.

The pressure test is confirmation of hydraulic integrity before embarking on a time consuming operation. Any issue with the hydraulic control line must be identified at this stage where it can be easily addressed. Discovery of an issue at the next step is very time consuming and expensive.

Obtaining a compliant pressure test along with a detailed traceability report of the results is critical for the life of the well.
